https prepender: Simple Link Conversion Tool for Chrome
https prepender is a free Chrome add-on developed by Devesh Shyngle. This simple tool replaces "http" with "https" in the current link and opens it in a new tab. With just a click on the extension icon, the add-on grabs the currently opened link and checks if it is already using "https". If not, it automatically replaces "http" with "https" and opens the link in a new tab.
https prepender was designed with ease of use in mind, as the developer himself needed to manually prepend multiple links on a daily basis. By using this add-on, you can save time and effort by automatically converting links to the secure "https" protocol.
